No. Ask us about the requested date and proposed program; timing, details, and availability need confirmation.
In Bethayres, a character visit can give the birthday child a calm, memorable spotlight without taking over the party. Plan a brief hello first, then offer the child a choice: wave, join a simple activity, or watch from beside a trusted adult. Set aside a clear photo spot and let guests take turns joining the birthday child. Before requesting a date, decide who will manage the group and confirm the character program, timing, and any equipment with our team.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
