A relaxed Bourbon, Mississippi, party can give the birthday child time to warm up before the character becomes the center of attention. Set aside a quiet greeting moment, then let the child choose a wave, a photo or simply watching from a parent's side. Guests can join a short group pose or take turns, while an adult keeps the visit area clear. Before contacting us, decide who will monitor weather and where everyone would go indoors. Any theme-provider program, cost or availability must be confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
