Let children wave, say hello, or watch from a trusted adult's side. Make close interaction optional.
Ask one adult to organize a group photo first, then invite children who want an individual picture to take a turn.
No. A date request does not reserve or pay for a visit. Confirm availability, costs, and program details with our team.
A Bridgman gathering can feel easier when one adult handles the weather plan while another welcomes the character and helps children find their place. Start with a wave or hello from a little distance, then invite guests to choose a group photo or a brief turn. Keep the visit flexible so children who need time can observe before joining. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Bridgman venues or local policies. Ask us or our team about the requested character theme; program details, costs, and availability must be confirmed.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
