No. It is a Baltimore example only. Check rules with the operator of your actual venue.

On Broomes Island, begin with the exact gathering space rather than assuming that another Maryland location's rules apply. The verified facility information here is a Baltimore example, not a local venue listing. Once your own space is confirmed, give the character a quiet greeting moment with the birthday child, then invite guests to join a photo or simply watch. Keep the activity short and flexible. Ask the operator about setup and entertainment permission, and ask us to confirm program details, cost, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Maryland, Baltimore city recreation centers provide room rental information. Baltimore directs families to their recreation center for room rental information. Check the actual room capacity, permitted entertainment and setup time rather than assuming any recreation center can host the same program. This example applies only to Baltimore's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
