No. Contact the exact property about reservations and permitted activities; guidance does not confirm eligibility or entertainer availability.
In Brummitt, start with the child's preferred way to meet a character: a wave from beside a parent, a quiet hello, or a photo when they feel ready. Keep the visit easy to follow with a short greeting, one simple group activity, and time for pictures. Before choosing an outdoor setting, identify the exact property and ask its operator about group use and permission for hired entertainment. Arkansas state guidance can help with planning, but it does not verify Brummitt venues or party policies.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Arkansas's Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism identifies its State Parks division and links to park and group-facility information. Start with the exact state-managed property, then ask its operator about group day-use reservations, practical facilities and permission for hired entertainment. The agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, a reservation or entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
