No. Ask us to confirm the theme, program details, cost and availability.
Carimona hosts can keep a character visit gentle by giving children a choice of how to take part: wave from their seat, join a group cheer or come forward for a photo. Begin with a relaxed hello and leave room for slower transitions between activities. For an outdoor gathering, statewide weather guidance recommends a designated adult and a genuine indoor backup. It does not verify local venues or policies. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, visit program, cost and availability before sharing a schedule with guests.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
