Let children choose to approach, wave from their seat or watch. A familiar adult can stay close for the first photo.
Prepare the schedule, guest count, photo plan and a clear place for children to gather. Tell the provider about any accessibility or participation needs.
No. Ask the theme provider to confirm the date, program details and cost before treating the visit as arranged.
A relaxed Celeste character visit can begin with the birthday child choosing between a wave, a high-five or a photo alongside a trusted adult. Keep the planned program short enough for children to settle in, then offer an optional group game or story. These are parent planning ideas, not guaranteed program features. State guidance is available, but city facilities and policies are unverified; check the exact venue and confirm the requested theme, program details, cost and availability with the provider.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
