No. Venue arrangements and character service are separate. Confirm each with its operator or provider, including costs and availability.
In Clarks Green, make the special moment the child's choice: a wave, a short hello beside a parent, or a photo with the group. A simple plan can leave room for children to warm up without pausing the whole party. Before the visit, ask us about the costume theme and explain the child's age, venue, and any moments you want to make easy. Confirm the program, costs, and availability with our team; a request alone does not secure a visit.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
