No. Confirm theme-provider details, cost and availability with us; a request is not a reservation or payment.
For a party in Clifton Township, Pennsylvania, separate the space plan from the character-service plan so neither is mistaken for the other. Statewide Pennsylvania reservation information can guide questions about a state park pavilion, but it does not verify Township facilities or local permissions. Give the birthday child a low-pressure first choice: wave, take a photo or watch before joining. Ask the venue operator about access and hired entertainment, then ask us about theme-provider program details, cost and availability. Prepare one adult to coordinate arrival and any weather change.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
