A Collinsville, Mississippi party can feel easier when one adult handles the weather plan and another welcomes the character. Give the child time to observe before offering a wave, a photo or a brief hello. Keep participation optional, with a simple group activity for children who want to join. These are parent planning suggestions, not promised program inclusions. Ask us about the character visit, and confirm the setting, timing and current details with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
