Ask the venue about its own capacity, setup, booking process, and entertainment permission. Confirm the requested theme, program details, costs, and availability with our team.
For a character gathering in Coltons Point, Maryland, keep the spotlight small and personal: a gentle hello for the birthday child, followed by an optional group photo or simple shared activity. Children can wave, watch, or join when comfortable. Facility examples from elsewhere in Maryland do not establish what a Coltons Point venue permits, so check the exact operator's process and setup rules. Ask us about the requested character theme, then confirm program details, costs, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
As a city-scoped example within Maryland, Baltimore city recreation centers provide room rental information. Baltimore directs families to their recreation center for room rental information. Check the actual room capacity, permitted entertainment and setup time rather than assuming any recreation center can host the same program. This example applies only to Baltimore's listed municipal facilities; other cities and state-managed parks have separate operators and rules. Confirm the exact venue's reservation process and permission for hired entertainment.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
