Let the child watch from a comfortable distance with a trusted adult. They can join later if they choose.
Keep the photo spot ready but optional. Invite families in small groups instead of asking every child to line up.
Ask us to confirm the character theme, program details, cost, and availability. Give the organizer the arrival and photo plan.
For families planning in Comunidad Guanabano, think first about how children will meet the character. A familiar adult can introduce the guest, while children choose to wave, stay nearby, or join a short activity. Keep the photo moment flexible so children can take a picture with the group, with a caregiver, or skip it. The organizer should know where guests will gather and where a child can take a quiet break. Contact our team to confirm the theme, program details, cost, and availability before building the visit into the party schedule.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
