No. A request does not reserve a date or complete payment. Confirm availability, cost and program details with our team.
A relaxed Courtland, Mississippi celebration can center on the birthday child's pace. Let the character pause at a comfortable distance, say hello and wait for a wave or response rather than rushing into a photo. When ready, the child can choose a picture with family or invite friends into a brief group moment. Tell the organizer which option feels easiest. Ask us about the requested theme and possible program; our team can confirm details, cost and availability. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Courtland venues or local policies.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue.
