In East Kane, keep the birthday plan flexible until both the gathering space and the character visit are confirmed. The character's arrival can be a brief hello, followed by optional photos and a simple activity that lets guests join in at their own pace. Give the birthday child the choice to participate or watch from a trusted adult's side. When you ask us about a costume theme, include your preferred date, guest ages, group size and access needs. Confirm the program, costs and availability with our team.

Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.
