A greeting, photos and a simple group activity are planning ideas. Confirm the program with our team.
No. A request is not a reservation. Confirm availability and details with our team.
Yes. Offer children a choice to participate, watch or join later.
In Escoheag, make the visit feel unhurried by giving the birthday child a simple first choice: wave from beside a parent or say hello face to face. A short greeting, a few posed photos and one easy group activity can leave room for children who need time to warm up. Before inviting a character, decide where the group will gather and who will help guide children. Ask us about a visit, and confirm program details, cost and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
