For Ext Roig, make the character visit easy to navigate by choosing one welcome moment and one activity rather than filling every minute. The birthday child might wave first, take a photo with a familiar adult, or join the other guests when ready. Tell the organizer where to gather children and let our team know about any greeting preferences. Program details, costs, and availability require confirmation. If plans are outdoors, prepare an indoor fallback and decide who will monitor weather; local venues and policies are unverified.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
