A character visit in Ext Santa Rita can have a clear highlight without a long run of activities: the birthday child's greeting, a group moment and an optional photo. Let the child choose how close to stand, and let other guests join at their own pace. Before the party, tell your organizer who will guide the group and who will support the birthday child. Ask us about possible program ideas and confirm details, costs and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
