That is fine. Keep a trusted adult nearby and leave the invitation open without requiring an immediate greeting.
Choose one brief group-photo turn, then offer individual photos only if time and interest allow.
No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the date, program details, and cost with the theme provider.
For a Fate party, give the birthday child a predictable first moment: a hello, a wave, then time to decide whether to join a photo. Ask us about a short visit flow that leaves room for guests who prefer to watch. If a group facility is part of the plan, verify its booking process and permission for hired entertainment. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Fate venues or local rules. Program details, costs, and availability must be confirmed with the theme provider.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
