No. A theme identifies a request, not an affiliation or booking. Confirm program details, cost and availability with our team.
For a gathering in Fleming Neon, make the character visit a clear, contained part of the celebration rather than an unexpected interruption. A host can give children a brief preview, welcome the character and invite a shared hello. Follow with photos for those who want them, while others continue with a caregiver. Ask us about the requested theme and confirm program details, cost and availability with our team. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Fleming Neon venues or policies.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
