In Missouri, make the character visit one clear part of the party rather than a long sequence of demands. The birthday child might choose a greeting, a photo, or simply to watch while friends participate in a brief group activity. Prepare a quiet place to step away and share the schedule, venue contact, guest count, and child's preferences with our team. Confirm costs, availability, and the exact program before planning around them. State guidance here is for planning, not a list of verified city venues or policies.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Missouri State Parks says enclosed shelters, venues and meeting rooms require advance reservations. Check the exact facility type and current booking conditions, since open picnic shelters can follow a different process. Confirm the gathering layout and permission for a hired character visit with the operator; this policy does not establish entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
