Share the start time, photo plan and indoor backup in advance. Explain that children can participate or simply watch.
No. Ideas and activities need confirmation. Ask us about the theme, then confirm the program, date and cost with our team.
In Greencreek, Idaho, a comfortable character visit can center on one small moment: the birthday child shares a greeting, then chooses a photo or a little space to watch. Give other children the same freedom to join, wave or stay with an adult. For outdoor plans, decide who will monitor conditions and where everyone will go if needed. Ask us about the requested character theme; a date request does not confirm a visit, and program details, cost and availability must be confirmed with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
