In Hagatna, a flexible plan can help the birthday child enjoy the character visit at their own pace. Begin with a calm introduction, then offer a simple choice: wave, take a photo or watch from a familiar adult's side. Guests can join a brief story or share birthday wishes without crowding the child. Have one organizer ready to guide a change of plans if weather shifts. Ask us about the requested theme and confirm program details, cost and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
