Begin with a wave or greeting from a little distance. Let the birthday child choose whether to come closer, take a photo or watch.
Ask the operator about the exact space, access and permission for hired entertainment. Keep those checks separate from the character visit request.
No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm availability, costs and program details with our team.
In Harrison, Pennsylvania, keep the birthday child's special moment at the center while treating venue and entertainment arrangements as separate steps. A warm greeting can begin with a wave, followed by the child's choice of a close-up photo or one with family. Guests can join a simple group activity or watch quietly. Before sharing a date with guests, check whether the gathering space is confirmed and ask its operator about access and hired entertainment. Ask us separately about the requested character theme, program ideas, costs and availability; a booking request is not a confirmed visit.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
