No. Contact us to confirm the requested theme, program, cost, and availability.
For a Helix celebration, consider a simple visit plan that gives children a chance to warm up: a friendly entrance, a brief greeting, then optional photos or a shared activity. Keep a quieter place available for anyone who wants a break from the group. If you are considering a state park, verify that the particular property has a reservable group day-use facility; a campsite booking alone may not fit the plan. Ask us to confirm theme details, cost, and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Oregon State Parks accepts reservations at parks with reservable group day-use facilities as well as many campgrounds. Check the specific facility and booking conditions rather than treating all parks or campsite reservations as group-event bookings. Ask the operator about hired entertainment and any additional permission before setting the party plan.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
