No. A date request is not a reservation or payment. Ask our team to confirm the program, cost, and availability.
For a Hilda, South Carolina gathering, start with the guest list and the child's comfort, then fit the character visit around them. A wave or brief hello can be enough for the first meeting; offer the birthday child the choice to stay close to family or join a group activity. Keep photos low-pressure by inviting family and willing guests, rather than requiring a turn from everyone. Check a space's actual amenities before planning. Ask us about the requested character theme, with program details, cost, and availability confirmed by our team. The statewide checks below are parent suggestions, not verified Hilda venues or city policies.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
South Carolina State Parks provides an interactive map and filters for its park directory. Use the actual facility listings to check the space, seating, access and amenities required for your gathering. Ask the specific operator about reservations and hired entertainment; a map result is not a venue recommendation or approval for a party.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
