No. A date request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm details, cost and availability with our team.
In Hulmeville, keep the character visit easy for the organizer and comfortable for the child. A short greeting can lead into one group photo and a simple activity, with no pressure for every guest to take part. Before inviting everyone, choose a spot with room for the character and a nearby place to pause. Treat the venue and character arrangements as separate tasks: check the location's confirmation and permissions, then ask us about the theme. Program, cost and availability need confirmation.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
