No. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, visit details, cost, and availability before relying on a particular plan.
In Hyannis Port, build the party plan around an easy transition if weather changes. The birthday child can greet the character with a wave, choose a photo, or watch from beside a caregiver; guests can join one at a time rather than crowding the moment. Ask us about a visit format that suits your gathering and confirm the requested theme, program details, cost, and availability. Before guests arrive, name an adult weather monitor and explain the indoor route so the change of plan feels straightforward.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.

National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
