No. Ask us about the requested date, program details, costs and availability. Confirm any venue permission separately.
In Indianola, plan the character visit around a calm welcome rather than a packed schedule. Ask us about a brief greeting, a favorite-song moment or a simple wave for children who prefer to watch first. Leave time for photos with the birthday child, then invite guests to join a short game if they are ready. Before choosing a gathering place, confirm its rules for setup and hired entertainment. Ask our team about program details, costs and availability; these need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Washington State Parks identifies reservation types that require its call center. Check the actual facility type and booking channel before trying to secure a picnic shelter or group space online. Verify access, setup and permission for hired entertainment separately with the operator; a reservation route is not event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
