Start with a group hello, offer a short activity and leave time for optional photos. Keep the schedule flexible for children who prefer to watch.
Share the arrival point, the organizer's name and any access or timing details. Confirm the venue permits the planned visit before setting expectations.
No. Ask us to confirm date, program details and costs. A request is not a reservation or payment.
For a Kirtley party, let the character visit add a small, focused highlight to the day. Children can greet the character together, then choose whether to join a brief activity or have a photo with a caregiver nearby. Keep the meeting area clear and tell the character team where to arrive and whom to ask for. Confirm the gathering space and its rules first. Theme-provider program details, costs and availability must be confirmed with us.

Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
