No. Ask us to confirm program details, costs and availability for the requested character theme.
In Lakebay, a character visit can feel special without asking shy children to perform. Plan a calm hello, then offer the birthday child a choice: wave from beside a parent or join a brief greeting. Keep a clear spot for photos and let guests take turns approaching, rather than gathering around the character all at once. Before choosing an outdoor location, confirm the space, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator. Ask us about the character you have in mind; program details, costs and availability need confirmation.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Washington State Parks identifies reservation types that require its call center. Check the actual facility type and booking channel before trying to secure a picnic shelter or group space online. Verify access, setup and permission for hired entertainment separately with the operator; a reservation route is not event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
