Start with a brief hello and let children choose whether to wave, take a photo, or watch. Keep a parent or familiar adult close by.
Confirm the group-use process, access, and permission for hired entertainment at the exact area. Do not assume a park reservation alone covers every activity.
No. Ask us to confirm costs, availability, and program details. A date or ZIP request is not a reservation or payment.
A Lamoille celebration can center on a simple child-led moment: a wave, a photo, or a chance to watch before joining. Keep the group gathered in one clear area, with an organizer ready to guide guests and answer questions. Ask us about the requested costume theme and program possibilities; details, costs, and availability must be confirmed. Nevada's supplied park guidance is statewide, not confirmation of a Lamoille facility or event approval. Check the exact group-use area before setting your schedule, and prepare a real indoor alternative if the party is outdoors.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Nevada State Parks publishes a reservation process for designated group-use areas and separate guidance for special or commercial uses. Identify the exact group area and ask the park which process applies to your gathering and hired entertainer. Keep facility or permit payments separate from the character provider's quote; neither alone establishes full event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
