Let the child watch from beside a trusted adult. Offer a wave or a photo from a comfortable distance, without making participation a requirement.
Offer one easy group prompt, such as a greeting or a short movement everyone can copy. Keep the choice to join, watch or step away.
Give ask us the location, timing and character theme you are considering. Confirm the visit program, costs and availability with our team before making party plans around it.
For a Lempster gathering, keep the visit easy to follow: welcome the character, invite children into a simple group moment and leave room for pictures or quiet observation. If you are weighing an outdoor location, verify access and permissions directly with its operator. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Lempster venues or local policies. Share your preferred character theme and the party's general timing with us. Program details, costs and availability need confirmation with our team.

New Hampshire State Parks warns that visitors without reservations may be turned away when Monadnock State Park is full. If considering this state-managed property, check its current day-use parking process and access conditions. A parking reservation is not a group shelter booking or permission for hired entertainment, and this example does not describe every park in the state.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
