No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm the character visit's availability, cost and program directly with our team.
For a Lungerville celebration, make the child's first moment easy to opt into: a hello from a comfortable distance, followed by a photo only if they want one. A modest visit plan can leave time for snacks and familiar play, rather than asking every guest to participate at once. If you are considering a Pennsylvania state park pavilion, treat a date request as distinct from confirmation and check the operator's conditions. Our team can discuss the requested theme; confirm costs, availability and program details with us.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
