For a Marietta, Pennsylvania gathering, plan the character visit around one clear highlight, such as a warm hello followed by a few photos with the guest of honor. Keep the first meeting low-pressure: children can wave, watch from beside a parent, or join when ready. Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.
