Offer a wave or a photo from beside a trusted adult; watching is fine too.
Choose a clear, well-lit spot and have a phone ready before the greeting.
No. A date request is not a reservation or payment. Confirm availability and details with our team.
In Miltona, make the character visit a calm feature rather than the whole party. Ask us about a simple greeting, a wave or high-five for children who want one, and a short photo moment. A child can watch from a trusted adult's side before joining in. Keep the rest of the gathering flexible, and confirm the visit's program, timing, cost and availability with our team before making plans.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
