Tell us your kid’s name and how to say it, what they love, and what makes them shy. Your notes go to the performer with the booking, so the hour is about your kid.

Let the child decide whether to wave, speak, or take a photo. A parent can stay close, and the character can greet other guests while the child gets comfortable.
Check the exact property's reservation process, access, and permission for hired entertainment. A directory listing is not a reservation or approval.
Ask us to confirm availability, cost, visit length, and which activities may fit your gathering. The requested theme does not guarantee a specific program.
For a party in Mobet Meadows, give the birthday child a clear, unhurried first moment with the character. They might wave, say hello with a parent nearby, or choose whether to pose for a photo. Guests can participate one at a time with a simple greeting or join a shared picture. Keep the plan flexible, and ask us what a requested costume theme could involve, including timing and cost. Our team must confirm the visit details and availability; a request does not reserve a date.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Illinois DNR provides a directory of state park picnic locations. Use it to identify the exact state-managed property, then check its shelter booking process, facilities and access with the operator. A picnic listing is not a reservation or approval for hired entertainment, and it does not establish rules for municipal parks.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
