Yes. Offer a wave, a greeting with a trusted adult or simply time to observe. Let the child decide about photos.
Share the date you are considering, party location, age range and requested theme. Confirm program details, cost and availability with our team.
No. A date or ZIP-code request is an inquiry, not a reservation or payment.
For a Mussey party, a small, predictable character moment can help the birthday child feel in control. Explain what will happen, then let them choose a wave, a brief greeting or a photo later. A parent can invite other guests to join a short activity while the child watches from a comfortable spot. If the gathering is outdoors, prepare a weather plan before party day. Ask us to confirm the requested theme, program, cost and availability.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
