Have the character pause for a wave or a brief hello. Children can watch first, and the birthday child can decide whether to move closer.
Tell families that participation is optional and identify where photos will happen. Keep the greeting area clear and have a nearby adult help children take turns.
No. Venue confirmation and entertainer arrangements are separate. Verify venue access and permission, then ask our team about program details, costs, and availability.
A Narberth birthday can feel more relaxed when the organizer separates venue logistics from the character's arrival. Let the birthday child choose a wave or a closer greeting, then invite guests to join a short photo moment in small turns. Keep a simple activity ready for children waiting their turn. City facilities and local policies have not been verified, so contact the actual venue about access and permission. Ask us to confirm the chosen theme program, costs, and availability before setting expectations.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
