Let the birthday child greet the character alongside a trusted adult, or simply watch first. Do not require a hug or close contact.
Offer photos after the child has had a moment to adjust. Keep the photo area clear and let guests opt in.
No. Ask the actual property about gathering space and entertainment rules, and confirm visit details with our team.
For a Nazareth birthday, make the character visit a welcoming pause in the day rather than a demand for every child to perform. The birthday child can begin with a wave or a short greeting, with photos and group participation offered afterward. If your plan includes a park or overnight stay, check gathering permission separately with the actual operator. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Nazareth facilities or rules. Ask us about the requested theme; program details, costs, and availability must be confirmed.

Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
