No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Ask our team to confirm availability, program details and cost.
For a Nemacolin celebration, make the child's moment the center of a short, flexible visit: a personal hello, a favorite song or story if confirmed, then family photos. Let guests join with a group wave or take turns, rather than putting anyone on the spot. Tell us the requested character theme and ask our team to confirm program ideas, duration, costs and availability. State guidance can help with planning, but city facilities and local policies are unverified; confirm the gathering space and its requirements with its operator.

Pennsylvania DCNR publishes payment conditions for confirmed state park picnic pavilion reservations. Check the current confirmation and cancellation process before treating a requested date as secured. Confirm the exact pavilion, access and permission for hired entertainment with its operator; the pavilion payment and the entertainer's quote are separate arrangements.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup.
