No. It is a request, not a reservation or payment. Confirm availability, program details and costs with our team.
In Ormonde, Illinois, make the character visit easy for the birthday child to enter at their own pace. A quiet greeting can lead into a choice of photos or a short group activity, with no pressure to be first. Organizers can keep the schedule simple and prepare one clear place for the visit. State-level picnic information is only a starting point, not a local venue confirmation. Ask us about the character and confirm visit details, costs and availability with our team.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Illinois DNR provides a directory of state park picnic locations. Use it to identify the exact state-managed property, then check its shelter booking process, facilities and access with the operator. A picnic listing is not a reservation or approval for hired entertainment, and it does not establish rules for municipal parks.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
