Tell us your kid’s name and how to say it, what they love, and what makes them shy. Your notes go to the performer with the booking, so the hour is about your kid.

Have the character offer a quiet greeting and let the child choose between waving, talking or watching. Keep a trusted adult nearby and follow the child's cues.
Choose one person to take pictures, then invite guests to join a group photo or offer a brief wish. Leave space for the child to step away.
Ask the facility operator about day-use booking and hired entertainment permission. Ask us about program details, cost and availability; a date request is not a reservation.
In Pisgah, give the birthday child an easy way to meet the character without turning the visit into a performance. A brief hello, a birthday wish and an optional photo can be enough; the child may wave or watch before deciding to join. Keep the guest plan simple, with one adult guiding participation and another ready to take pictures. Local venue details and policies have not been verified, so contact the responsible operator before choosing a location or setting a schedule.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Arkansas's Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism identifies its State Parks division and links to park and group-facility information. Start with the exact state-managed property, then ask its operator about group day-use reservations, practical facilities and permission for hired entertainment. The agency overview does not establish birthday eligibility, a reservation or entertainer availability.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
