In Quecreek, keep the gathering-space request separate from the character visit until each is confirmed. A requested date is not the same as a confirmed reservation, so review the space's process before treating plans as settled. Then prepare a simple welcome and a place for photos, with an optional activity for guests. Ask us about the character theme, and confirm program details, cost and availability with our team; the space and entertainment are separate arrangements.
