No. Ask the park about gathering space and entertainment permission separately, and confirm character details with our team.
For a Regina, Kentucky, character celebration, make the visit easy for different comfort levels: the birthday child might greet the character first, while other guests watch nearby and join when ready. Leave room for a relaxed photo moment, then offer a short activity with an observer option. Statewide planning checks do not verify Regina facilities or policies. If staying overnight, keep lodging arrangements separate from party approval and ask the actual park about gathering space and entertainment permission.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
