Let each child wave, watch beside a caregiver or join later. Keep greetings and photos optional.
Pick a clear, uncluttered spot and have a helper gather small groups. Keep the weather backup and regrouping plan in mind.
Provide the ZIP code, date and preferred theme. Ask the team to confirm program details, costs and availability; a request is not a reservation.
At Revere Beach, Massachusetts, keep the plan adaptable if your gathering will be outdoors. Choose a clear meeting point, prepare an indoor alternative and make sure guests know where to regroup if the plan changes. For the character moment, invite children to wave or watch first, then offer a group photo or simple activity as an option. Give the organizer one helper to guide guests. When you ask our team about a theme, share the ZIP code, date and guest ages; confirm program details, costs and availability before relying on a visit.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
Official source (opens in a new tab)Choose an adult to monitor the forecast and decide when to move the group indoors. National Weather Service guidance calls for a designated weather monitor; confirm a practical route to the backup space with the venue. This does not establish local permits, shelter reservations or entertainer availability.
