Have children wait in a loose group, then invite them to greet the character one at a time. Watching is a valid choice.
Choose an adult to support the birthday child and another to guide guests or monitor the weather, if possible.
Program ideas require confirmation. Ask us about the requested character, then check activities, costs, and availability with our team.
For a Rozet celebration, keep the character's greeting in a spot where children can approach at their own pace and an adult can guide the group. Give the birthday child a choice between a wave, a short hello, or a photo with a trusted person. Before guests arrive, decide who will watch the weather and how everyone would move indoors. These are statewide planning checks and parent suggestions, not verified Rozet venues or local policies.

Wyoming State Parks describes outdoor recreation at its state-managed properties and provides a park directory. Check the actual park's gathering facilities, routes and access rather than assuming a recreational trail is a suitable event space. Ask the operator about group-space reservations and hired entertainment; recreation information is not a venue recommendation or approval for your party.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
