Invite children to wave or watch while the character says hello. Offer a photo or activity afterward, without requiring anyone to join.
Check the booking channel, access, setup limits and whether hired entertainment is permitted. A reservation process does not guarantee approval for a party activity.
Share the date, theme request, age range, guest count and venue details. Confirm program details, costs and availability directly with our team.
A Seagoville, Texas, party plan is easier to manage when the venue booking channel is checked early. Once the space is confirmed, keep the character's arrival simple: a wave and short hello can lead into an optional photo or group activity. Tell guests that watching is welcome too. Ask the operator about access and permission for hired entertainment. Send our team the date, requested theme and age range; program details, costs and availability must be confirmed.

Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
