No. A request is not a reservation or payment. Ask us to confirm program details, costs, and availability.
A character visit in Slade can be a small, focused highlight rather than a full-room performance. Welcome the character with the birthday child's preferred greeting, then offer a brief conversation or a photo with family. Guests can join in small groups or simply watch. Before party day, give the organizer a clear schedule and a plan for weather changes. Our team can discuss a suitable visit outline; confirm program details, costs, and availability with us. Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Kentucky State Parks' FAQ describes reservations for lodge rooms, cottages and campsites. If the plan includes an overnight stay, check the current booking and cancellation conditions for that accommodation. Contact the actual park about separate gathering space and hired entertainment; an overnight reservation does not establish birthday eligibility or event permission.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
