Ask one adult to guide guests and give the birthday child space to choose when to join.
Tell our team the child's greeting preferences, planned timing, guest count, and venue conditions.
No. Ask us to confirm the date, program details, and cost; a request is not a reservation.
For a Sunnyslope, Washington get-together, begin with the practical question of how the chosen space is booked. Once the venue plan is clear, give the birthday child a quiet first moment with the character, followed by optional photos or a short group activity. Ask one adult to guide guests so the child is not crowded. Confirm setup access, permissions, and the visit's exact program before the party.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Washington State Parks identifies reservation types that require its call center. Check the actual facility type and booking channel before trying to secure a picnic shelter or group space online. Verify access, setup and permission for hired entertainment separately with the operator; a reservation route is not event approval.
Official source (opens in a new tab)For any outdoor gathering, arrange an accessible indoor backup before the party. National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
