A character visit in Tarzan, Texas, can feel more comfortable when the birthday child knows what happens first. Tell them they may wave, say hello beside a trusted adult or simply watch. Then offer guests one simple activity and a short photo opportunity. Ask us about the costume theme you have in mind; confirm program details, costs and availability with our team. If you are considering a state park group facility, check its current booking process and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the operator. These are statewide planning checks, not verified Tarzan venues or policies. Set an indoor backup before making outdoor plans.
Useful rules and places to check, each with its official source.
Texas Parks and Wildlife directs visitors to reserve group facilities by phone rather than assuming every booking can be completed online. Check the current process for the exact group facility and describe the gathering and hired entertainment to the park. A phone reservation route does not establish that the proposed party activity is eligible or available.

National Weather Service guidance identifies buildings with wiring and plumbing as stronger protection; an open picnic shelter is not a lightning backup. This is national planning guidance, not a local venue rule.
